Temporary Emergency (Ex Parte) Orders

This form allows a judge to issue immediate court orders without waiting for the other person to be present, to protect someone from harm or danger in a family law case. Family law attorneys and individuals use this form when they need urgent custody, support, restraining order, or other protections and cannot wait for a regular court hearing.
