Agreement and Order to Reschedule Hearing (Family Law—Governmental—Uniform Parentage—Custody and Support)

This form allows both parties in a family law case to agree to postpone a scheduled hearing and get a judge to approve the new date. Parents, guardians, and government agencies use it when they need more time to prepare for custody, support, or parentage hearings.
