Request or Response to Request for Separate Trial

This form is used to ask a court to try certain issues in a family law case separately from other issues, or to respond to someone else's request to do so. Parents, spouses, and others in divorce, custody, or support cases use it when they want the judge to handle specific matters like child custody or property division at a different time than other parts of their case.
