Temporary Qualification of Noncertified or Nonregistered Spoken Language Interpreter

This form allows courts to temporarily use a spoken language interpreter who hasn't completed standard certification or registration requirements. Courts use it when a certified interpreter isn't available but a non-English speaker needs one to participate fairly in legal proceedings.
