Request for Hearing and Application to Set Aside Support Order Under Family Code Section 3691

This form is used to ask a court to review and cancel or change a child or spousal support order that was made without the other parent being properly notified or involved in the case. A parent who didn't get a fair chance to be heard in the original support case uses this form to request a hearing and get the support order set aside.
