Objection to Out-of-County Placement and Notice of Hearing

This form allows someone to object to a court's decision to place a child in foster care or another out-of-county facility and requests a hearing to challenge that placement decision. Parents, guardians, or child advocates use this form to fight against out-of-county placement in juvenile dependency cases where a child has been removed from home.
