Supporting Declaration for Attorney's Fees and Costs Attachment

This form allows someone to explain in detail why they need the court to order another person to pay for their attorney's fees and court costs in a family law case. Parents, spouses, or others in divorce, custody, or support disputes use it to support their request for attorney's fees by describing the reasons they believe the other side should pay for their legal expenses.
