Built by people who spent
decades inside law firms.
We know the frustration firsthand — hunting across court websites, never sure if a form is current, wasting time on documents that turn out to be outdated. We built Formbono to fix that.
Our story
With decades of experience supporting attorneys and legal professionals as IT specialists inside law firms, we saw the same problem repeated every single day: finding the right court form — and trusting that it's the most current version — was harder than it should be.
Court websites are fragmented, inconsistently updated, and built for administrators, not the people who actually need to file. Attorneys and their staff were wasting real time on something that should take seconds.
So we built Formbono: one place for official California, Florida, Texas, New York and federal court forms — statewide forms and county courts' own — kept current and easy to search.
Describe your situation in plain English and Formbono finds the form. Fill it in your browser, keep it with the matter it belongs to, save templates for the forms you file again and again, and send forms to clients to complete.
What we stand for
A source you can trust
Every form in Formbono comes straight from the court or agency that issues it. We re-check forms against the court's own version on a regular schedule and flag the ones that change, so you're working with the current version — not something that was accurate two years ago.
Built for everyone
Whether you're an attorney at a large firm, a paralegal, or a person navigating the court system on your own — Formbono is for you. Send to Client lets you share a form with a client and get it back completed, no back-and-forth required.
Always open to partners
We love working with law firms, legal technology companies, and court-adjacent organizations. If you have an idea for an integration, a partnership, or a way to make Formbono better for your team, we want to hear from you.
Shaped by your feedback
We take every suggestion seriously. Many of the features in Formbono today came directly from people telling us what was missing. If something isn't working or you have an idea, tell us — we're genuinely listening.
Have an idea or want to work together?
We're flexible, approachable, and always up for a conversation.
