FL-160: Property Declaration

The FL-160 form is used in family law cases to list all property and debts that a person owns or owes, which the court needs to see when dividing assets during divorce, legal separation, or custody proceedings. Anyone going through a family court case in California who is required to disclose their financial situation to the court would need to complete this form.
