ICWA-080: Order on Request for Ex Parte Hearing to Return Physical Custody of an Indian Child

This form allows a judge to make an emergency decision to return an Indian child to their parent or guardian without a full court hearing when there is an urgent need to do so. A parent, guardian, or Indian tribe uses this form when they believe a child in state custody should be returned immediately to their family, and they need the court to act quickly on their request for custody.
